An unfavorable forecast of a 80% chance of rain for Friday, June 23rd from the National Weather Service has forced track officials to cancel night #1 of the 4th Annual K&J Demolition and Excavation Firecracker Extravaganza. We are still full speed ahead for night #2 and the Yes Chevrolet/Yes Ford Fireworks Show on Saturday, June 24th. Saturday’s forecast shows just a chance of a brief shower early in the day, but the evening forecast for race time looks great.
The Jeffrey Trucking INEX Legends Car Semi-Pro class has now been added to the racing card for Saturday as it will be a points race, essentially moving their Friday race to Saturday. The Gumbo Stop Cafe Crazy Compacts will now run double features with full payout and points on Saturday, July 15th for the One Way Septic Tank Service / Rent-A-Kann, LLC Mid-Season Championships.
