For drivers, Daniel Linville Opening Night is a race that they circle on their calendars as race they want to win. A win on Opening Night sets the tone for the season. It takes the pressure off of knowing no matter how the season ends, you were able to reach victory lane. On the other hand, for drivers running for track championships, trouble on Opening Night could set yourself in a early points hole that you have to dig out of.
There is a lot of excitement heading into the season. Several divisions have experienced growth in entries with the Brody Nash Century 21 Crown Vics receiving the most growth. 2025 was a year that saw some of the most exciting racing the track had seen in a long time and the 2026 season just looks to build on that growth.
Pit gates will open Saturday at 1:30 pm while general admission gates will open at 5:00 pm. Racing will start at 6:30 pm.
